Can I exchange an item?

Absolutely. If the size or style isn't quite right, you can request an exchange.

Simply return the items to us within 15 days of receiving your order, together with your completed return form. Returned items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and sent back in their original packaging.

We'll ship your replacement item free of charge. If you choose a more expensive style, you'll simply be asked to pay the price difference before your item is dispatched.

Please note; personalized (embroidered) items and custom-made garments cannot be returned or exchanged.
