How do I return an item?

Need to return an item ? We're here to help.

Simply send your parcel to our Customer Service team at the following address within 15 days of receiving your order:

Please include your completed return form and indicate whether you would like an exchange, a refund, or a store credit.

To process your request, items must be unworn, unwashed, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging with any accessories.

Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.

If you choose to exchange your item, we'll ship your replacement item free of charge. You are entitled to one complimentary exchange per order. Any additional exchanges will incur standard shipping charges. 

Please note: personalized items (embroidered garments) and bespoke products cannot be returned or exchanged.
