When will I receive my order?

If all the items in your order are in stock, you can usually expect delivery within 2-3 business days in mainland France. 

As soon as your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email from our delivery partner with a tracking link, allowing you to follow your parcel every step of the way.

If your order includes a backordered item or is being shipped outside mainland France, the estimated delivery time will be indicated on both your invoice and your order confimation email.
